The Rules of Wicked Duel Academy

With every great academy, there are the rules and laws that ensure people maintain peacefully. This academy is no different. There are boundaries to what is and what is not allowed. These rules are in place to ensure that Wicked Duel Academy continues to be a friendly place where members can learn and share information on Yu-Gi-Oh.

The rules are as follows:

Respect Members And Staff
-Respect your fellow members and staff. If you cause a member or staff discomfort of any kind and they request you stop and you refuse you will be ban for 1 day.

Advertising
-Advertising or soliciting other members to buy, sell or peruse any products or services through this discussion forum is not permitted. Chain letters and junk mail are also strictly prohibited.

Flaming
-Material that is knowingly defamatory, profane, illegal, abusive, threatening or harassing, is strictly prohibited. As with anything, you, as a member, should use good common sense when posting. Posts containing personal attacks on another user or containing profanity will be edited or deleted with no warning or consent. Further action may occur pending on severity and Administrator judgement.

Right to Privacy
-You will not violate a person's privacy by publishing private and/or personal information against another member's will. If you violate this rule, your account may be automatically banned without prior warning.

Racism
-Topics/posts containing such will be edited or deleted accordingly. If you violate this rule, your account may be automatically banned without prior warning.

Pornographic Material
-Material that is sexually or otherwise obscene is not permitted on these forums. Topics/posts containing such will be deleted on sight. If you violate this rule, your account can and will be automatically banned without prior warning.

Cross-posting
- Posting the same question in more than one forum is not allowed and will be treated as spam. Should this occur, then only the thread in the most relevant forum will be left open; all others will be locked and subsequently deleted.


What happens if I break the rules?
At best your post will be edited by one of the moderators and you will be issued a warning. If the offence is more serious your post will be deleted. Posting "why was my post edited/deleted?" etc. will only make matters worse so please don't.


Should you have already been issued warnings and continue to break the rules, you will be issued a temporary ban - The length of this ban is determined by the number of offenses you have.

For persistent and or deliberate rule-breakers your account and I.P address will be "Nuked". That means you are no longer welcome on these forums and your account will no longer function.


Suggestions:

In the attempt to create a compromise where everyone is happy, the following suggestions are also recommended:

1. Use common sense. Anything that you say or do carries consequences with it. If you find yourself questioning the nature of what you're going to post, then it's probably not safe to post it. Save yourself the trouble and our time, think before you post.

2. Always be civil and courteous. This forum is visited by people from all over the world of different ages, genders, and races. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

3. Make sure that your message topics fit the topic description of the forum that you are posting in.

4. Maintain a PG-Rated level of discussion or lower

5. Make sure that you have followed #1, #3, and #4 before posting.


Chat-box Offense punishments are as followed:

Strike 1 - Warning
Strike 2 - Kicked from Chat-box
Strike 3 - Banned from Chat-box for a day
Strike 4 - Banned from Chat-box for a week
Strike 5 - Permanent Chat-box Ban

Other Offense punishments are as followed:

Strike 1 - Warning
Strike 2 - One Day Ban
Strike 3 - One Week Ban
Strike 4 - Perma Ban

The only part that i don't likes the g rated part if i were to act g rated i would kick freken puppys. So maybe change that to don't over do it or pg-13 something other wise i will be gone super fast ya now becuse i will be kicked that fast for jokeing around XD other wise its great really nice work man.

Actually, get this. It is in the rules. Your just not smart enough to see it (no pun intended) Here i will quote it for u.

You were asked to change it as it was hurting our eyes. U refused. There it is a 1 day chat ban.

The rules will not be so fuck you membery. I do not wish to delete nightmares rules post for some of them such as porno and advertising of CERTAIN things will not be allowed. i won't edit as it would be a pain and would most likely cause problems, but things won't be so hardcore and you will get warnings rather then a will you change that then banhamma.

just tell me what you want to change sometime while im on and then we will talk about it.
